Why waste your time with such demonstrations of half-awake ignorance?

Sure, José Saramago’s Seeing used mass blank-voting as a literary metaphor for the blank-seeing nihilism of characters within its predecessor Blindness, but try grabbing a clue about the fact that democracy is i-n-h-e-r-e-n-t-l-y fraudulent (keep in mind as well that voting is an act of predation against one’s neighbors — implying that anyone who lodges a protest vote is whining that they are no longer in an artificial position to have the ballot-box expression of his or her desires force others into making those desires materialize).
